How do I create a custom field drop down that has a list of countries quickly?

To create a  dropdown custom field of all countries, Fig Creative can upload  files into your iem/ folder and run the import_countries.php file from your browser. It will create a new custom field called “Countries” with all of the countries (from the CSV file) imported.

The Email Marketer sends one email at a time. Sending multiple emails at one time, or using the CC / BCC fields cause emails to be marked as spam by email clients and should be avoided.

If I schedule an email to go out next week, will it go out even if my computer is not on/connected to the internet?

Yes. Your Email Marketer is hosted on a server. This means that it is not running off your computer. Fig Creative  send via cron and not via your browser so all your scheduled emails and autoresponders will continue to go even though you are not logged in.

Can I add my name to my sends so that email clients will display ‘My Name ‘ ?

Yes you can. When you send an email campaign or create a new autoresponder you can set up your name so that your emails will display as ‘My Name <email@address.com>’ This is done by setting the ‘Send To First Name’ and ‘  Send To Last Name’

Does the Email Marketer have a subscription management page where the contacts can manage their subscriptions to different lists?

Yes. This can be done by creating a ‘Modify Details’ form and allowing the contact to modify their details. You can set the form to allow users to modify details for multiple contact lists or just the one.
