Fig CRM: You can import a bulk list of your contacts into your email marking client list as a csv file. Follow these steps to extract a list from Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. Once you have your file as a csv file and you have created the relevant custom fields in your email marketing system you can import them.

Points to remember:

  • If you have set up a  mandatory field in your custom fields then that field must not be blank in your csv file .
  • The email marketing system will not accept duplicate email addresses.
  • The email marketing system will not accept contact details with no email address
